About Me

I am an Austin local and law student with a background in journalism and history. I am passionate about the human story and collaborative problem-solving.

At Rhodes College, I focused on American political and cultural history through the mid-20th century to the present, using music as my primary vehicle of analysis. While there, I created, produced, and hosted the Beyond Beale podcast. Our minisodes were honorable mentions in the NPR Student Podcast Challenge: College Edition 2021 and 2022.

As a 2L at Texas Law, I focus on fiduciary litigation, estate planning, guardianship law, and mental health law. I'm passionate about promoting access to estate planning that can be used to improve economic mobility within Texas. I'm also passionate about strengthening the laws regulating the private programs that provide care for elderly, intellectually and developmentally disabled, and mentally ill Texans, as well as improving funding and programming for analogous state-run programs.

I believe that every person can learn to be kind, if treated with kindness.
